What is RuralShoppers?

RuralShoppers is an online shopping service in local shops for stays in country accommodation.

What can I buy?

Everything you will need during your getaway and the local products that you want to know and take back home: food, personal hygiene, cleaning and typical products made in the area you visit.

Are there deliveries in the area of ​​the country house?

Our area of ​​action is within the province of Malaga. You can check if your accommodation is in the delivery area here. If it is not there yet, contact us and we will try to fulfill your order.

How does RuralShoppers work?

Ordering in RuralShoppers is easy!
First, verify that your country house is within our delivery area, if not, contact us, we will try to assist you.
Second, place your order as you want: by voice, send us a photo of the list, a voice message or attach a document, we adapt to you.

or through the web form here. In 24 hours you will receive a non-binding budget, detailed with all the selected products, adapted to the offer of your accommodation environment, and all the service conditions.

You will have to confirm the order a minimum of 48 hours before your arrival and select the day and time slot that best suits you.
Finally, on the same day of delivery, we will make a confirmation call in advance, a RuralShopper will make your purchase in nearby establishments and take it to the accommodation within the established time.

When do I have to pay for my order?

In advance at the time you approve the budget.

How can I pay my order?

You can pay by bank transfer or by Bizum

What happens if we cannot find a product in nearby establishments?

When you place your order, you will have to choose between two ways to replace products in case one of the products is not available: a) do not buy or b) replace with another product of similar characteristics.

Other dubts

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order as long as you notify us (at least) 24 hours before the expected delivery time. If your delivery is scheduled for a Sunday, then 48 hours notice will be required.

Can I return items?

Currently we can not accept the return of products to Rural Shoppers. Following the indications of the shops and due to the COVID-19 Coronavirus pandemic, returns or exchanges will not be accepted for hygiene and health protection reasons.

What should I do if I receive products in poor condition within my order?

We would be extremely sorry. Please inform us of what happened within two days of delivery and we will resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Can I change or add products to my order?

Yes! You can make changes to your order up to 48 hours before delivery.
